The supporters of BergsTrollen HK booed when Mi11ionboys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjell-Arne Fredriksson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute of the match Otto Ekrot sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Åke Bållström skillfully saved the ball. Kurt Nyman kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Henry Kilman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Åke Bållström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arne Sundberg was the one to do the kick off. BergsTrollen HK's Åke Bållström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Kilman in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched BergsTrollen HK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
