Spectators: 7065 (Terracing: 5555, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 10) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rasmus Bergström started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the game, one of Helgonagatan IF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 6th minute there was a penalty for Dals Rostock IF. Gösta Finman stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ivan Qvarnström. 0-1. The audience was convinced that Aron Blanck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sven-Oskar Delin was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. After having played for 23 minutes, Aron Blanck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Helgonagatan IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aron Blanck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Helgonagatan IF booed when Dals Rostock IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Håkan Kilström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aron Blanck was extremely unlucky when he, in the 27th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Sven-Oskar Delin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rutger Pihlgren in the 31st minute. In the 34th minute of the match Gustav Biörnberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sven-Oskar Delin skillfully saved the ball. Alvar Viklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Qvarnström having to interfere. Ivan Qvarnström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rasmus Bergström, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Alvar Viklund scored 0-2 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivan Qvarnström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 46th minute, Alex Odeen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the game, one of Dals Rostock IF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aron Blanck to make the kick off. If Rasmus Bergström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Holger Ahlroth kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Alvar Viklund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th match minute, Dals Rostock IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Hedbom to maneuver through the defense. Dals Rostock IF's Sven-Oskar Delin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aron Blanck in the 67th minute of play. Helgonagatan IF's Ivan Qvarnström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rasmus Bergström in the 70th minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, Dals Rostock IF's Alvar Viklund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ivan Qvarnström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. If Aron Blanck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven-Oskar Delin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aron Blanck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rutger Pihlgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Sven-Oskar Delin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvar Viklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Qvarnström having to interfere. When Rasmus Bergström came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Dals Rostock IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rasmus Bergström couldn't finish the play. The Helgonagatan IF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Dals Rostock IF's performance. The match ended with a win for Dals Rostock IF.
