After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Erland Nyberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Örsjö FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Erland Nyberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bo-Erik Forsberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Carl Boklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bo-Erik Forsberg made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Gunnar Hök sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erland Nyberg in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bo-Erik Forsberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erland Nyberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo-Erik Forsberg having to interfere. Gunnar Hök fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo-Erik Forsberg having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Örsjö FF's Erland Nyberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bo-Erik Forsberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Åke Ödmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Boklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Hammarby IF's Bo-Erik Forsberg got control of the ball when Gunnar Hök tried to sneak it across the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carl Boklund to make the kick off. Gunnar Hök blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bo-Erik Forsberg having to make a save. A collision led to Hammarby IF getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Ingvar Collin hit a great ball.
