Gabriel Zander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksander Isaksson in the 9th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven-Ove Nyström during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 10 played minutes Granit Gaming got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Ove Nyström. Egon Uggla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gabriel Zander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aleksander Isaksson in the 21st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Egon Uggla managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Apberget's supporters rose to their feet, but Egon Uggla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gabriel Zander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Egon Uggla to make the kick off. Andreas Glad took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Yngve Gernberg. FC Apberget's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Aleksander Isaksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Gabriel Zander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC Apberget's zone, Paul Wennerström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yngve Gernberg came out of the goal and Paul Wennerström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Apberget's Aleksander Isaksson got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aleksander Isaksson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Gabriel Zander skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 66th minute, Fredric Mårtensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Zander acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 67th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Sandy Silvestri. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Andreas Glad during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 70th minute of the game. One of Granit Gaming:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Apberget:s goal. FC Apberget's Yngve Gernberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Ove Nyström in the 78th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sivert Danielsson in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yngve Gernberg saved FC Apberget from getting behind. In the 82nd minute, Egon Uggla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sivert Danielsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Yngve Gernberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claes Vennerlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Zander having to interfere. FC Apberget's Claes Vennerlund pulled a muscle in his leg after 90 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Lucas Östensson charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucas Östensson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 95th minute, Granit Gaming's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Aleksander Isaksson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The FC Apberget supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Apberget would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
