Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zebastian Stålberg kicked off to start the match. Claes Gregersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zebastian Stålberg in the 6th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Vellinge's André Tingelholm got a free kick in the 9th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Vartofta's Tor Samuelsson tried to score from far away in the 10th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Folke Zander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Claes Gregersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 13 minutes into the game, Zebastian Stålberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Claes Gregersson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ivar Eskilsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torbjörn Tunander having to interfere. When Richard Boberg came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Vellinge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Richard Boberg couldn't finish the play. Folke Zander might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claes Gregersson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Folke Zander ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Vellinge's zone, Zebastian Stålberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claes Gregersson came out of the goal and Zebastian Stålberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zebastian Stålberg in the 20th minute of play forced Vellinge's goalkeeper Claes Gregersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Zebastian Stålberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claes Gregersson. Vellinge's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zebastian Stålberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 24th minute, Zebastian Stålberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claes Gregersson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. If Zebastian Stålberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Zebastian Stålberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vartofta's supporters rose to their feet, but Zebastian Stålberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claes Gregersson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Richard Boberg struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Torbjörn Tunander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vellinge. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Richard Boberg made the kick off in the second half. Zebastian Stålberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Claes Gregersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Vartofta booed when Vellinge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sören Haström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tor Samuelsson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 65th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 69th match minute, Vartofta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kasper Levander to maneuver through the defense. After 72 minutes Vartofta's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fredrik Nordstedt who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Vellinge's Fredrik Nordstedt to fire away a dangerous shot which Torbjörn Tunander despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Vartofta's Torbjörn Tunander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Boberg in the 77th minute of play. After having played for 81 minutes, Ivar Eskilsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vellinge's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ivar Eskilsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zebastian Stålberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Claes Gregersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute Zebastian Stålberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claes Gregersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Zebastian Stålberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Vartofta's Zebastian Stålberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Claes Gregersson. That made the score 0-4 after 93 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Zebastian Stålberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Claes Gregersson was relentless in the 99th minute of the game. Vartofta's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
