In the 24th match minute, LybbyCrossRidersBolltroll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Fernkvist to maneuver through the defense. Stefan Pettersson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Kjell-Arne Smitt made a huge save. The referee ignored Glimåkra IF's protests and gave Markus Skarkman a yellow card for diving instead.
