Per-Olof Hedin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arne Hurtig in the 8th minute. Arne Hurtig's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Per-Olof Hedin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. In the 21st match minute, Tumor Takeover was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Stensson to maneuver through the defense. 22 minutes into the match, Tumor Takeover's goalkeeper Per-Olof Hedin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arne Hurtig. When Tony Springfält fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tumor Takeover's protests and gave Tony Springfält a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Tumor Takeover's Tony Springfält got a free kick in the 34th minute. Karl-Åke Malm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Olof Hedin having to interfere. Karl-Åke Malm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Per-Olof Hedin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Tommy Boman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Per-Olof Hedin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Åke Malm in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tumor Takeover's goalkeeper Per-Olof Hedin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arne Hurtig took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Per-Olof Hedin. Per-Olof Hedin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 63 minutes into the game, Arman Forsberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balltorps FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tumor Takeover the free kick. Arman Forsberg hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Birger Kvick didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tommy Boman went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Per-Olof Hedin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arne Hurtig, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Karl-Åke Malm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Olof Hedin having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arne Hurtig in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Per-Olof Hedin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 88th minute, Tony Springfält fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A hard shot 88 in the game by Tommy Boman from a close distance when the talented Birger Kvick managed to make a qualified save. Balltorps FF's players were relieved. If Tommy Boman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 96 minutes into the match, Tony Springfält dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Birger Kvick, 1-2.
