Spectators: 6683 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1683, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stig-Arne Bergren took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Brännö IFK getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Aaron Brolin hit a great ball. Anders Nordstedt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Stig-Arne Bergren kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fred Öberg. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Gottfrid Damm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fred Öberg having to make a save. Anders Nordstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anders Nordstedt got free with Fred Öberg in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudolf Kellbom in the 28th minute of play forced Falkenberg's goalkeeper Nils-Erik Stenberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Anders Nordstedt came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Falkenberg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anders Nordstedt couldn't finish the play. Stig-Arne Bergren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fred Öberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Brännö IFK's Fred Öberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig-Arne Bergren in the 36th minute of play. Nils-Erik Stenberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rudolf Kellbom, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Anders Nordstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Öberg having to interfere. If Stig-Arne Bergren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rudolf Kellbom stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anders Nordstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 55 played minutes Brännö IFK got a freekick which was hit by Valter Örtlund. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stig-Arne Bergren in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fred Öberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 58th minute of the game. One of Brännö IFK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Falkenberg:s goal. In the 60th minute there was a penalty for Falkenberg. Gustav Kellbom stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fred Öberg. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Arne Bergren in the 63rd minute of play forced Brännö IFK's goalkeeper Fred Öberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Brännö IFK's Valter Örtlund got a free kick in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anders Nordstedt in the 66th minute of play forced Brännö IFK's goalkeeper Fred Öberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute Stig-Arne Bergren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Öberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fred Öberg came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Falkenberg's Stig-Arne Bergren. But to his dismay, Stig-Arne Bergren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Falkenberg's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Rudolf Kellbom 78 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1. Rudolf Kellbom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 83 minutes into the match, Falkenberg's goal looked a bit too open when Rudolf Kellbom came free, but Nils-Erik Stenberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nils-Erik Stenberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rudolf Kellbom's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Rudolf Kellbom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fred Öberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anders Nordstedt in the 97th minute of the match. Brännö IFK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
