Marcus Bremming hit a great ball. Vidar Högberg made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Malcolm Söderberg sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudolf Lägdin in the 12th minute of play forced De Gamla Magikerna's goalkeeper Rolf Västlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC STARS's Vidar Högberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Johan Ahlkvist in the 25th minute of play. In the 31st minute Carl Söderström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolf Västlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, FC STARS's Vidar Högberg got control of the ball when Malcolm Söderberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. 48 minutes into the match, De Gamla Magikerna's Stig-Ove Martinsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vidar Högberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

De Gamla Magikerna's Rolf Västlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Nordin in the 63rd minute of play. When De Gamla Magikerna's Malcolm Söderberg in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Rudolf Lägdin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 74th minute Karl Nordin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolf Västlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Carl Söderström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rolf Västlund. That made the score 1-3 in the 80 minute of play. In the 84thth minute of the game Malcolm Söderberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC STARS's Vidar Högberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When De Gamla Magikerna's Malcolm Söderberg in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC STARS's goalie prevented a goal. In the 91st minute, Malcolm Söderberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC STARS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
