Malte Bagge's late challenge caught a Södra Vi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Olof Ålberg made a kick off. Olof Ålberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Olof Ålberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jarl Drake. That made the score 0-4 in the 56 minute of play. Jörgen Lindell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulf Nord in the 62nd minute of the match. Jörgen Lindell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Magne Hallgren's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Ulf Nord fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörgen Lindell having to interfere.
