Spectators: 7310 (Terracing: 5484, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vincent Kihlberg got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Kullavik RK's goal looked a bit too open when Manfred Nyström came free, but Sten Lindgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Ture Ahlbom had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sten Lindgren. Kullavik RK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ture Ahlbom was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 10th minute, Rune Ström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicklas Hermansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute, Nicklas Hermansson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sten Lindgren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manfred Nyström's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Manfred Nyström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Sten Lindgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Johannes Salkvist hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute of the match Gottfrid Bäcklin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sten Lindgren showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 35th minute Ture Ahlbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sten Lindgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Konga BF's Manfred Nyström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sten Lindgren narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Ture Ahlbom came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Konga BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ture Ahlbom couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute, Manfred Nyström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Konga BF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The Kullavik RK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Konga BF were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manfred Nyström was the one to do the kick off. Sten Lindgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfred Nyström, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Ture Ahlbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sten Lindgren having to interfere. Manfred Nyström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Sten Lindgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kullavik RK's goalkeeper Sten Lindgren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sten Lindgren made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Ture Ahlbom sent off a good shot on target. Ture Ahlbom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 72 minutes, Manfred Nyström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Konga BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manfred Nyström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Kullavik RK's zone, Ture Ahlbom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sten Lindgren came out of the goal and Ture Ahlbom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ture Lönn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Kihlberg in the 90th minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Manfred Nyström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ture Lönn came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Kullavik RK's Vincent Kihlberg. But to his dismay, Vincent Kihlberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.
