After 48 minutes of play, Konga BF's Manfred Nyström made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eric Wickander was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kenneth Matsson to make the kick off. Ture Ahlbom struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Eric Wickander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Konga BF. Konga BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Ture Ahlbom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eric Wickander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eric Wickander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfred Nyström, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. The FC Roffeus fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Konga BF were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
