Spectators: 6698 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1698, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kurt Jonasson got the match started through his kick off. Fred Brask came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Svärdsjö RK's Kurt Jonasson. But to his dismay, Kurt Jonasson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Kenneth Broberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Börje Norberg having to interfere. Svärdsjö RK were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Linneryd's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Niklas Flink took the corner. The corner ended in Niklas Flink almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Linneryd's Fred Brask did a great save. Per-Åke Stenberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fred Brask. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Per-Åke Stenberg ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 23rd minute, Per-Åke Stenberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 25th minute, Mikael Jakobsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Kenneth Broberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Börje Norberg. That made the score 1-1 in the 27 minute of play. Arman Gustavsson's late challenge caught a Svärdsjö RK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arman Gustavsson helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Linneryd getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Arman Gustavsson hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Svärdsjö RK's Niklas Flink tried to score from far away in the 35th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Kurt Jonasson made a precise shot to the right of Fred Brask. Linneryd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 43 minutes into the match, Svärdsjö RK's goal looked a bit too open when Kenneth Broberg came free, but Börje Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kurt Jonasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Fred Brask tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kenneth Broberg to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Kurt Jonasson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Svärdsjö RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Kurt Jonasson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fred Brask breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 54th minute, Kennet Biörkman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the match, Svärdsjö RK's goal looked a bit too open when Kenneth Broberg came free, but Börje Norberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Linneryd's Fred Brask got control of the ball when Per-Åke Stenberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Per-Åke Stenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Fred Brask tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per-Åke Stenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kurt Jonasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Brask having to interfere. If Per-Åke Stenberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 80 played minutes Linneryd got a freekick which was hit by Arman Gustavsson. Fred Brask was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Niklas Flink. Fred Brask took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Jonasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Börje Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenneth Broberg in the 89th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Per-Åke Stenberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Linneryd's Fred Brask got control of the ball when Per-Åke Stenberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 95 minutes, Kurt Jonasson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Svärdsjö RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kurt Jonasson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
