The crowd rose to their feet as Ulrika BK's Ingemar Askelöf slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Karl-Michael Påk. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Herman Häll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry Dahlberg in the 7th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Harry Dahlberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Herman Häll was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 9th minute of the game. One of Ulrika BK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Barcelona:s goal. In the 11th minute there was a penalty for FC Barcelona. Stefan Back stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Herman Häll. 1-1. 15 minutes into the match, Ulrika BK's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell Martinsson came free, but Herman Häll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kjell Martinsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herman Häll having to interfere. Herman Häll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell Martinsson in the 21st minute of the match. Herman Häll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjell Martinsson in the 23rd minute of play. Joar Wenerdahl's late challenge caught a FC Barcelona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joar Wenerdahl helped the player get up and apologised. Joar Wenerdahl hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute of the match Stefan Back shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Herman Häll showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Ulrika BK getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Joar Wenerdahl hit a great ball. Harry Dahlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 30th minute Kjell Martinsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herman Häll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulrika BK's Herman Häll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Dahlberg in the 31st minute of play. Harry Dahlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Herman Häll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Herman Häll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjell Martinsson in the 36th minute of play. Harry Dahlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herman Häll having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sixten Holmberg during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 41st minute, Sixten Holmberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The referee ordered Joar Wenerdahl off the ground. In the 63rd minute, Joar Wenerdahl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 1-2 became the score in the 66th minute when Harry Dahlberg elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Christian Clementsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Herman Häll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When FC Barcelona's Kjell Martinsson in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ulrika BK's goalie prevented a goal. Kjell Martinsson took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Herman Häll. Herman Häll dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 87th minute Kjell Martinsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herman Häll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Harry Dahlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute of the match Jörgen Springfält sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Herman Häll skillfully saved the ball. FC Barcelona's Arne Nord got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Barcelona's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
