Spectators: 6691 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1691, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aaron Granström took the kick off in the first half of the match. Börje Vennerlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Granström in the 3rd minute of the match. The supporters of Södra Vi BF booed when Lesjöfors RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niclas Bryngelsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 15th play minutes Gunnar Godholm shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Börje Vennerlund and just under the crossbar into goal. Claes Gullesson hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Lesjöfors RK's Herman Göransson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Lesjöfors RK from getting a goal against them. Herman Göransson made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Ivar Wall sent off a good shot on target. Aaron Granström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Börje Vennerlund having to interfere. Ivar Wall struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Herman Göransson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Södra Vi BF. After the first half Lesjöfors RK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pål Sandwall was the one to do the kick off. Gunnar Godholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gunnar Godholm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Börje Vennerlund was a little too slow when Aaron Granström got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-2. Gunnar Godholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Södra Vi BF's Börje Vennerlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Granström in the 67th minute of play. Börje Vennerlund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gunnar Godholm in the 68th minute. Herman Göransson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pål Sandwall, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. With a little luck, Södra Vi BF's Börje Vennerlund got control of the ball when Gunnar Godholm tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pål Sandwall scored 1-2 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Herman Göransson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aaron Granström's late challenge caught a Södra Vi BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aaron Granström helped the player get up and apologised. Aaron Granström kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Emanuel Molin hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Sten Stålberg sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Södra Vi BF's Börje Vennerlund didn't even have to move. Lesjöfors RK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
