After some careless play in the MalmensFF defense, Ivar Wall kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andreas Algren. The MalmensFF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andreas Algren should have stopped the shot. Ivar Wall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Algren having to interfere. If Jonny Mikaelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivar Wall might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andreas Algren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ivar Wall ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

After 79 minutes, Emanuel Molin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Södra Vi BF and the MalmensFF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Södra Vi BF's Emanuel Molin got a free kick in the 79th minute. Ivar Wall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pål Sandwall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out.
