Spectators: 6664 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Anders Berglund kicked off to start the match. Jimmy Eckegren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eskil Alrot in the 6th minute of play. Jimmy Eckegren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to Altersbruk IK getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Georg Sellberg hit a great ball. After 19 played minutes, Barfotahelgon's Alex Linqvist shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jimmy Eckegren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Barfotahelgon reached it. After 20 played minutes Altersbruk IK got a freekick which was hit by Ivar Bock. Sören Biörk struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Jimmy Eckegren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barfotahelgon. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Altersbruk IK's goalkeeper Jimmy Eckegren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eskil Alrot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Jimmy Eckegren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eskil Alrot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimmy Eckegren having to interfere. In the 31st match minute, Barfotahelgon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sören Blixt to maneuver through the defense. Barfotahelgon's Ingemar Ryberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anders Berglund in the 42nd minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sören Biörk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zebastian Bergström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ingemar Ryberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Altersbruk IK's Jimmy Eckegren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Altersbruk IK from getting a goal against them. After having played for 72 minutes, Zebastian Bergström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Altersbruk IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zebastian Bergström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 76 played minutes Barfotahelgon got a freekick which was hit by Erling Bergkvist. After 79 played minutes Altersbruk IK got a freekick which was hit by Zebastian Bergström. If Anders Berglund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With 83 minutes on the clock, Michael Fågel commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 82nd minute, one of Barfotahelgon:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Barfotahelgon. In the 94th minute, Adam Sjöberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 99th minute, Eskil Alrot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Altersbruk IK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Barfotahelgon for a fine match.
