Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jens-Erik Kilman in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Hansson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, FC Biceps's Folke Tillman got a free kick in the 28th minute. The supporters of Höljes IFK booed when FC Biceps was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melker Stor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anders Ekberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melker Stor, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Kåre Strandberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Daniel Hansson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Höljes IFK's goalkeeper Anders Ekberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 39th minute, Robert Snäll hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Erik Kilman in the 41st minute of play forced FC Biceps's goalkeeper Daniel Hansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Höljes IFK's Kåre Strandberg got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Georg Kämpe was the one to do the kick off. If Kåre Strandberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jens-Erik Kilman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute Jens-Erik Kilman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Hansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner ended in Arman Grep almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Biceps's Daniel Hansson did a great save. Daniel Hansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kåre Strandberg in the 74th minute of play. Georg Kämpe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Anders Ekberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th match minute, FC Biceps was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Folke Tillman to maneuver through the defense. When Jens-Erik Kilman came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Höljes IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens-Erik Kilman couldn't finish the play. 86 minutes into the match, Kåre Strandberg notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of FC Biceps's Daniel Hansson. Daniel Hansson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jens-Erik Kilman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Hansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Höljes IFK had won after a very even match.
