Staffan Tingelholm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerry Biörkman, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Peter Bållström in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henrik Alebäck saved Ingelstad FF from getting behind. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Peter Bållström sped through Ingelstad FF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Henrik Alebäck. Tommy Jönsätt might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henrik Alebäck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tommy Jönsätt ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 13th minute, Mats Deckbergh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henrik Alebäck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peter Bållström, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Henrik Alebäck came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Oxelösund's Tommy Jönsätt. But to his dismay, Tommy Jönsätt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olov Benet during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 21st match minute, Ingelstad FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olov Benet to maneuver through the defense. Ingelstad FF's Henrik Alebäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy Jönsätt in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th match minute, Ingelstad FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edwin Ödmann to maneuver through the defense. Tommy Jönsätt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Henrik Alebäck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ingelstad FF getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Mats Deckbergh hit a great ball. Peter Bållström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrik Alebäck having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Emil Gustafsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th match minute, Ingelstad FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edwin Ödmann to maneuver through the defense. In the 40thth minute of the game Tommy Jönsätt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ingelstad FF's Henrik Alebäck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tommy Jönsätt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Henrik Alebäck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tommy Jönsätt to strike the kick off in the second half. If Mats Deckbergh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 53rd minute, Sverker Bollström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute Olov Benet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Staffan Tingelholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olov Benet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Staffan Tingelholm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Oliver Snell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Tommy Jönsätt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olov Benet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mats Deckbergh's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Staffan Tingelholm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Tommy Jönsätt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrik Alebäck having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ingelstad FF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 93rd minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 96 minutes, Oxelösund's Mattias Billock got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Henrik Alebäck. Oxelösund's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
