Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alvin Apelkvist made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Edsbruk's goal looked a bit too open when Jakob Söderberg came free, but Josef Martinsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Lucas Skoglund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Josef Martinsson was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. An unexpected shot in the 8th minute by Alvin Apelkvist got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Hans Glad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvin Apelkvist in the 10th minute of play. If Alvin Apelkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Josef Martinsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakob Söderberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Buttplug Nation's Lucas Skoglund got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28thth minute of the game Lucas Skoglund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Edsbruk's Josef Martinsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Buttplug Nation booed when Edsbruk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunnar Olsman didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Edsbruk's Gunnar Olsman got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Jörn Billström shot a long shot in the 32nd minute and a light blocked Josef Martinsson hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 0-1. Buttplug Nation's Hans Glad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvin Apelkvist in the 36th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Edsbruk's Alvin Apelkvist slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hans Glad. That made the score 1-1 after 37 minutes of play. Tor Svensson hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Bengt-Arne Askberg hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucas Skoglund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lucas Skoglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Josef Martinsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jakob Söderberg got free with Josef Martinsson in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alvin Apelkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Hans Glad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute of the match, Jakob Söderberg got a very nice opportunity to score, but Josef Martinsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Buttplug Nation's zone, Alvin Apelkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hans Glad came out of the goal and Alvin Apelkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tor Svensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans Glad having to interfere. Josef Martinsson was a little too slow when Lucas Skoglund got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 2-2. Josef Martinsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Skoglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Hans Glad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvin Apelkvist in the 90th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Skoglund in the 92nd minute of play forced Edsbruk's goalkeeper Josef Martinsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Edsbruk's goalkeeper Josef Martinsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
