When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Robin Hellkvist made a kick off. Bernt Wallgren who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Bernt Andberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Måns Utfal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sven Eriksson fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Holmön's protests and gave Sven Eriksson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Holmön getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. The supporters of Holmön booed when Gröggarna BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orvar Danielsson didn't get a good kick on the ball.
