In the 36th match minute, Grimstorp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sten Lundqvist to maneuver through the defense. Harald Molin made a great header on Gusselby's corner, it was just that Grimstorp's Alvin Offendahl managed to reach the ball for a save. Jonny Lidberg was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 62nd minute. Gusselby's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
