In the 5th minute, Mats Östman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Walter Ahlin in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ronny Karlsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 10 minutes into the match, Dinios's goal looked a bit too open when Mattias Lundström came free, but Gilbert Dahlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Walter Ahlin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 15 played minutes BK Telefonplan got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Erik Ånger. Walter Ahlin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ronny Karlsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Walter Ahlin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 17th minute. 22 minutes into the game, BK Telefonplan's Mattias Lundström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gilbert Dahlberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Sten Gustafsson was extremely unlucky when he, in the 30th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. BK Telefonplan's defense didn't have a chance, in the 31st minute, when David Sjö scored to the left of an out of position Ronny Karlsson, making the score, 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Walter Ahlin got free with Ronny Karlsson in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 41 minutes into the match, Dinios's goal looked a bit too open when Jarl Lindberg came free, but Gilbert Dahlberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If David Sjö had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sten Gustafsson struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Ronny Karlsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dinios. With a little luck, BK Telefonplan's Ronny Karlsson got control of the ball when Walter Ahlin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Walter Ahlin to make the kick off. A collision led to BK Telefonplan getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Reine Benett hit a great ball. David Sjö fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronny Karlsson having to interfere. Ronny Karlsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kåre Svensson in the 55th minute of play. After 56 minutes, Walter Ahlin made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. BK Telefonplan's Ronny Karlsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 60 minutes, David Sjö managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dinios's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Sjö was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. David Sjö sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sten Gustafsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kenneth Hellqvist took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ronny Karlsson. BK Telefonplan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Dinios booed when BK Telefonplan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reine Benett didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute, Villiam Deckbergh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72nd minute Kalle Biörnberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Dahlberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. BK Telefonplan's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leif Browall in the 74th minute. A nice corner shot did that Leif Browall got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gilbert Dahlberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 76th minute Walter Ahlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronny Karlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, BK Telefonplan's goal looked a bit too open when Walter Ahlin came free, but Ronny Karlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Thomas Åkesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th match minute, BK Telefonplan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattias Lundström to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Walter Ahlin in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronny Karlsson saved BK Telefonplan from getting behind. After 92 minutes of play, Dinios's David Sjö made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ronny Karlsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 96th minute, Walter Ahlin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dinios walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
