An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Ånger in the 19th minute of play forced Starkin Wonders's goalkeeper Håkan Jelm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Starkin Wonders getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Joseph Asmundsson hit a great ball. Helge Rudqvist struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Håkan Jelm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Runmarö FF. In the 40th minute, Aaron Gråberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aaron Gråberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Kullgren having to interfere. Magne Frisk's late challenge caught a Runmarö FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Magne Frisk helped the player get up and apologised. Göran Eskilsson didn't quite understand what happened when in the 48 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

If Agne Barck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Starkin Wonders had won after a very even match.
