Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jan Smed kicked off to start the match. Mattias Dahlquist hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Jan Smed received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Örjan Lidman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Örjan Lidman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Smed in the 7th minute of play. Jan Smed recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 10th minute, Mattias Dahlquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jan Smed had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 24th match minute, Vitå IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddie Bennet to maneuver through the defense. Hjalmar Svensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Vilgot Ekgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Josef Ahlroht hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vilgot Ekgren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hjalmar Svensson in the 31st minute. When Casper Ahlbom came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Wolverines FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casper Ahlbom couldn't finish the play. Jan Smed fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Örjan Lidman having to interfere. Hjalmar Svensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Vilgot Ekgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Casper Ahlbom to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Casper Ahlbom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 53rd minute, Casper Ahlbom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wolverines FC's Örjan Lidman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Smed in the 56th minute of play. Wolverines FC were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Vitå IFK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Josef Ahlroht took the corner. Wolverines FC's Josef Ahlroht was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vilgot Ekgren in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Joacim Delin kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Kennet Askstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Örjan Lidman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jan Smed had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Nordström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 84 minutes, Jan Smed managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vitå IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan Smed was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th minute, Pär Ambjörnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute of the match Wolverines FC got a corner. Vitå IFK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Josef Ahlroht ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Josef Ahlroht got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vilgot Ekgren quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Hjalmar Svensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Vilgot Ekgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hjalmar Svensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilgot Ekgren having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
