Pelle Trillkott's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but John Vikström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th minute, Pelle Trillkott got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 9 minutes into the game, Bunkeflostrand IK's Charlie Engström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karl-Erik Martinsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. A collision led to Skoll getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Bror Nordal hit a great ball. In the 24th minute Valter Strömqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Erik Martinsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Bunkeflostrand IK booed when Skoll was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Otto Hellgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Skoll's zone, Joakim Brandt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Erik Martinsson came out of the goal and Joakim Brandt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ragnar Ekeroth in the 34th minute of play forced Bunkeflostrand IK's goalkeeper John Vikström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pelle Trillkott in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg John Vikström saved Bunkeflostrand IK from getting behind. Karl-Erik Martinsson didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 42nd minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Valter Strömqvist made the kick off in the second half. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 54th minute of the game. One of Bunkeflostrand IK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Skoll:s goal. With a little luck, Bunkeflostrand IK's John Vikström got control of the ball when Pelle Trillkott tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bror Nordal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 69 minutes into the game, Birger Löfgren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bunkeflostrand IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skoll the free kick. The supporters of Skoll booed when Bunkeflostrand IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Birger Löfgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pelle Trillkott sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pelle Trillkott received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. John Vikström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bror Nordal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Vikström having to interfere. Charlie Engström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Erik Martinsson having to interfere. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Bunkeflostrand IK's goalkeeper John Vikström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Måns Söderström hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. When Charlie Engström came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Bunkeflostrand IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charlie Engström couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew the final whistle, Bunkeflostrand IK could leave the field as winners, despite Skoll having more of the ball for most of the match.
