Sten Hård showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Spel Sport & Glädje's Sten Hård played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Hult in the 22nd minute of play. Bengt Lang didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 24th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. Filip Olofsson came free with the goalkeeper in the 27th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Bengt Lang could save by the left post. After 28 minutes, Axel Sjöö mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spel Sport & Glädje and the Sågmyra IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 28 played minutes Spel Sport & Glädje got a freekick which was hit by Axel Sjöö. Stefan Lundqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 37th minute, Ivar Stålberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bertil Hult received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Sten Hård tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertil Hult in the 44th minute of play forced Spel Sport & Glädje's goalkeeper Sten Hård to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Bengt Lang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivar Stålberg in the 54th minute of the match. When Kaj Stigsson came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Spel Sport & Glädje fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kaj Stigsson couldn't finish the play. Ivar Stålberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Bengt Lang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Axel Sjöö kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. If Stefan Lundqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bertil Hult fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sten Hård having to interfere. If Bertil Hult had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Spel Sport & Glädje's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
