Kenny Vase came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Tormestorp's Folke Svensson. But to his dismay, Folke Svensson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 42nd minute Folke Svensson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenny Vase saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Mårdstigen FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tormestorp were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Maximilian Burman made the kick off in the second half. Kenny Vase made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mårten Dahlqvist in the 55th minute. When Staffan Magnusson fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mårdstigen FC's protests and gave Staffan Magnusson a yellow card for diving instead. Folke Svensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Tormestorp's Martin Örnberg got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Kenny Vase made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Folke Svensson in the 74th minute of play. Mårdstigen FC's Kenny Vase proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Mårdstigen FC from getting a goal against them. Nils-Erik Sikström hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. A well-hit corner resulted in Celso Baiano heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Kenny Vase showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Folke Svensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Folke Svensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Kenny Vase tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kenny Vase showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Folke Svensson in the 93rd minute of the match. Tormestorp's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
