After having played for 3 minutes, Olov Andersson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Landvetter FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olov Andersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Leonardo Jönsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Varla bois's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonardo Jönsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Villiam Sjö breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 8th match minute, Landvetter FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dick Löfdahl to maneuver through the defense. If Fredric Allbom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Varla bois's Gustaf Tunström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Varla bois from getting a goal against them. Landvetter FK's Villiam Sjö played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy Vikström in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th match minute, Landvetter FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dick Löfdahl to maneuver through the defense. Ronan Shepherd hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. A collision led to Landvetter FK getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Dick Löfdahl hit a great ball. Uno Glanselius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Gustaf Tunström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nils Markusson during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th match minute, Landvetter FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils Markusson to maneuver through the defense. Villiam Sjö took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Wallmark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Villiam Sjö didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kent Wallmark went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score.

53 minutes into the game, Landvetter FK's Olov Andersson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustaf Tunström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Uno Glanselius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 59 minutes into the match, Landvetter FK's goal looked a bit too open when Tommy Vikström came free, but Villiam Sjö reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frank Knutsson charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Frank Knutsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 63 played minutes Landvetter FK got a freekick which was hit by Frank Knutsson. A hard shot by Dag Sander from long distance, 64 minutes into the match, got Villiam Sjö's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Fredric Allbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustaf Tunström having to interfere. Gustaf Tunström came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Landvetter FK's Uno Glanselius. But to his dismay, Uno Glanselius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Gottfrid Snäll hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Uno Glanselius in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustaf Tunström saved Varla bois from getting behind. 88 minutes into the match, Landvetter FK's Olov Andersson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gustaf Tunström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Landvetter FK's Uno Glanselius got his second yellow card of the match in the 89th minute. The referee ordered Uno Glanselius off the ground. Uno Glanselius hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Kent Wallmark could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Villiam Sjö made a huge save. When Dick Löfdahl fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Landvetter FK's protests and gave Dick Löfdahl a yellow card for diving instead. Dick Löfdahl kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Varla bois players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Landvetter FK.
