Olov Andersson took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Morgan Fogel. Morgan Fogel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Douglas Hjortberg's late challenge caught a Landvetter FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Douglas Hjortberg helped the player get up and apologised. After 24 played minutes Ruda FF got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Hjortberg. Uno Glanselius took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Morgan Fogel. Morgan Fogel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Robin Holmgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Villiam Sjö didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Harald Bengtsson went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Uno Glanselius made the kick off in the second half. Villiam Sjö took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robin Holmgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
