Spectators: 6667 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when David Björkkvist made the kick off which started today's match. 9 minutes into the match, sala ff's goal looked a bit too open when David Björkkvist came free, but William Vacker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ture Lennartsson struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Dennis Sävström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for sala ff. In the 18th minute, Ture Lennartsson made a precise shot to the right of Dennis Sävström. Dalsjöfors BF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After having played for 21 minutes, Ture Lennartsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. sala ff's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ture Lennartsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evert Sandberg hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Kristian Lundström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Sävström having to interfere. David Björkkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kristian Lundström was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Dalsjöfors BF's zone, Kristian Lundström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dennis Sävström came out of the goal and Kristian Lundström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th match minute, Dalsjöfors BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evert Sandberg to maneuver through the defense. Ture Lennartsson struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Dennis Sävström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for sala ff. Eskil Kvalfält sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 70 played minutes Dalsjöfors BF got a freekick which was hit by Frank Törnkvist. Ture Lennartsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Sävström having to interfere. Ture Lennartsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dennis Sävström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ture Lennartsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Dalsjöfors BF's Dennis Sävström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Dalsjöfors BF from getting a goal against them. Jesper Smedfeldt placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! 82 minutes into the game, Alexander Stenqvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. sala ff's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dalsjöfors BF the free kick. sala ff's William Vacker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Björkkvist in the 90th minute of play. After a rather tough play, sala ff's Alexander Stenqvist got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute David Björkkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but William Vacker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Dalsjöfors BF's zone, Kristian Lundström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dennis Sävström came out of the goal and Kristian Lundström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The sala ff supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing sala ff would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
