In the 9th minute, Ian Björnsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vinninga's Charlie Brogren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Vinninga from getting a goal against them. Manfred Lövkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Charlie Brogren made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ian Björnsson in the 27th minute. Paul Sörman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tomas Svensson having to make a save. Adrian Botvidsson hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Kim Holm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Svensson having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Gräsmyr RK's goal looked a bit too open when Manfred Lövkvist came free, but Tomas Svensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Paul Lundhberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomas Svensson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 47 minutes into the match, Vinninga's goal looked a bit too open when Lennart Ödman came free, but Charlie Brogren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paul Lundhberg made a kick off. Ian Björnsson struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Charlie Brogren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gräsmyr RK. After a defensive mix-up in Gräsmyr RK's zone, Manfred Lövkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomas Svensson came out of the goal and Manfred Lövkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 57th minute Adrian Botvidsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charlie Brogren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrian Botvidsson hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Björnsson in the 66th minute of play forced Vinninga's goalkeeper Charlie Brogren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lennart Ödman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Charlie Brogren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennart Ödman in the 74th minute of the match. If Lennart Ödman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vinninga's Harald Vennersten got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arne Linquist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lennart Ödman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Charlie Brogren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
