Bertil Nordkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmie Pilblad in the 5th minute of play. Fårbo FK's Bertil Nordkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmie Pilblad in the 7th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Jimmie Pilblad notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Fårbo FK's Bertil Nordkvist. Bertil Nordkvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 17 minutes into the match, Holmsjö IFK's goalkeeper Folke Hedlund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sakarias Östensson. Sakarias Östensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sakarias Östensson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Folke Hedlund made a huge save. Bertil Nordkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmie Pilblad, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Bertil Nordkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wictor Möllgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Holmsjö IFK's Wictor Möllgren in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 63rd minute, Jimmie Pilblad reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bertil Nordkvist. The goal made the score 0-3. During the 67th minute of the match Sören Löfskog completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Sören Löfskog a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 68th match minute, Fårbo FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sören Löfskog to maneuver through the defense. When Jimmie Pilblad came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Holmsjö IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimmie Pilblad couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Fårbo FK getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Henry Bocklund hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Jimmie Pilblad's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bertil Nordkvist was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. After having played for 83 minutes, Sakarias Östensson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fårbo FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sakarias Östensson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Holmsjö IFK getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Konrad Ek hit a great ball. Folke Hedlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sakarias Östensson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Fårbo FK booed when Holmsjö IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konrad Ek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henry Bocklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Sakarias Östensson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fårbo FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Sakarias Östensson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Folke Hedlund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Fårbo FK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Holmsjö IFK's performance. The match ended with a win for Holmsjö IFK.
