Kjell-Arne Nordkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tim Bergsten having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Stig-Arne Fagerberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. BollTrollarnas BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Stig-Arne Fagerberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tim Bergsten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stig-Arne Fagerberg got free with Tim Bergsten in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th match minute, BollTrollarnas BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Lind to maneuver through the defense. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kjell-Arne Nordkvist made a kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Kjell-Arne Nordkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BollTrollarnas BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kjell-Arne Nordkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 54th minute Stig-Arne Fagerberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Bergsten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carl Wallin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 60th minute, Carl Wallin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eskil Westerstrand. The goal made the score 1-2. Jan Lind was shown his second yellow card after 64 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to BollTrollarnas BK getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Jan Lind hit a great ball. Danderyd's Carl Wallin got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eskil Westerstrand made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Nils Siggman sent off a good shot on target. If Stig-Arne Fagerberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kjell-Arne Nordkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Nils Siggman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Eskil Westerstrand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thomas Nilsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Tim Bergsten tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 86 minutes, Stig-Arne Fagerberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 94th minute, Stig-Arne Fagerberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Danderyd could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than BollTrollarnas BK throughout the match.
