Jimmy Bäckman was slow to take the kick. During this time Björna FK's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Jimmy Bäckman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vilgot Fernström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Vilgot Fernström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Algren, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Algren in the 29th minute of play forced Borås FK's goalkeeper Vilgot Fernström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gustav Gallin made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Ingemar Odin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Esbjörn Larsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, Thomas Algren made a precise shot to the right of Vilgot Fernström. Borås FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Vilgot Fernström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustav Gallin in the 64th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Thomas Algren notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Borås FK's Vilgot Fernström. Vilgot Fernström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Björna FK getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Esbjörn Larsson scored 2-3 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joseph Hedlund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Chants of Björna FK echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Borås FK had held the ball for most of the match.
