Spectators: 7145 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 145) Degerhamn's Sonny Käller started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Jan-Olof Påk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 5th minute Jon Magnusson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henning Olsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sonny Käller scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henning Olsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 11th minute, Jan-Olof Påk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Michael Ahlrot was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sonny Käller in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henning Olsson saved Näshulta from getting behind. 16 minutes into the game, Näshulta's Anton Johansson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Michael Ahlrot made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Näshulta's Henning Olsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon Magnusson in the 19th minute of play. Anton Johansson struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Michael Ahlrot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Näshulta. Emanuel Harman took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henning Olsson. Henning Olsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 34th minute, Sonny Käller ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henning Olsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Henning Olsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Malcolm Back in the 39th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the game, Degerhamn's Jon Magnusson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Henning Olsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. Jon Magnusson hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Degerhamn's Michael Ahlrot got control of the ball when Jan-Olof Påk tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half Degerhamn were leading 2-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anton Johansson made a kick off. Henning Olsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sonny Käller in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Malcolm Back in the 53rd minute of play forced Näshulta's goalkeeper Henning Olsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Sonny Käller left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Degerhamn fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. In the 62nd minute, Adrian Sundström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henning Olsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon Magnusson, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Henning Olsson made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Sonny Käller sent off a good shot on target. Henning Olsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sonny Käller showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-6 in the 73 minute of play. Sonny Käller succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-7 in the 79th playminute. Näshulta's attentive Emanuel Dalgren managed to snatch the ball when Kalle Wennerlund made a throw-in in the 84th minute of the game. Jan-Olof Påk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Michael Ahlrot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henning Olsson made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Sonny Käller sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle sounded Degerhamn left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Näshulta.
