Spectators: 7316 (Terracing: 5488, Seating: 1683, VIP seats: 145) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ådne Sagmo made the kick off which started today's match. Nils-Emil Apelqvist who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Josef Mikaelsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 10 minutes into the game, Christer Strömbom cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. William Apelqvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. William Apelqvist came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Schuster FC's Christer Strömbom. But to his dismay, Christer Strömbom quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Schuster FC's zone, Börje Larsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Josef Mikaelsson came out of the goal and Börje Larsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, André Vennerdal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Schuster FC's supporters rose to their feet, but André Vennerdal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. William Apelqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Schuster FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jens-Erik Eskilsson in the 27th minute. Tom Dahlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Schuster FC's Christer Strömbom sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that William Apelqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Montrose United getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Martin Ivarsson hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Börje Larsson to strike the kick off in the second half. If André Vennerdal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Harald Simonsson fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Montrose United's protests and gave Harald Simonsson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Schuster FC booed when Montrose United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harald Simonsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Schuster FC's André Vennerdal got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 61 minutes into the match, André Vennerdal notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Montrose United's William Apelqvist. William Apelqvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. André Vennerdal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Schuster FC were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Montrose United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jens-Erik Eskilsson took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Jens-Erik Eskilsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this William Apelqvist quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Montrose United's William Apelqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ådne Sagmo in the 74th minute of play. André Vennerdal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without William Apelqvist having to interfere. After some careless play in the Montrose United defense, Ådne Sagmo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of William Apelqvist. The Montrose United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that William Apelqvist should have stopped the shot. André Vennerdal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gunnar Kinell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. André Vennerdal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute of the match Schuster FC got a corner. Montrose United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jens-Erik Eskilsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. André Vennerdal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without William Apelqvist having to make a save. Christer Strömbom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Schuster FC played a much better game than Montrose United and deserved their victory. The Montrose United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
