Seating: 1642, VIP seats: 142) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Henry Gustafsson made the kick off which started today's match. Håcksvik's Christian Termander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy Asserlindh in the 6th minute of play. Henry Gustafsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christian Termander having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Björköby's zone, Stefan Björnsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Kielstedt came out of the goal and Stefan Björnsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jörn Hermansson's late challenge caught a Håcksvik's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jörn Hermansson helped the player get up and apologised. Jörn Hermansson kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. With a little luck, Björköby's Jonas Kielstedt got control of the ball when Stefan Björnsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th minute, Henry Gustafsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Björköby fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Torgny Melberg struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Jonas Kielstedt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Håcksvik. Stefan Björnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stefan Björnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Kielstedt having to interfere. Henry Gustafsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Christian Termander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christian Termander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Gustafsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Torgny Melberg made a kick off. Björköby's Tommy Asserlindh got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tommy Asserlindh's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Termander read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Christian Termander successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Henry Gustafsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stefan Björnsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonas Kielstedt having to make a save. When Torgny Melberg came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Håcksvik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Torgny Melberg couldn't finish the play. In the 81st minute Stefan Björnsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Kielstedt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henry Gustafsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
