Emil Larsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven Karlsson's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. In the 9th match minute, Championer & Meloner was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joakim Forssberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute Sven Karlsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Larsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Championer & Meloner's zone, Gösta Rudqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emil Larsson came out of the goal and Gösta Rudqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Börge Månsson in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Michael Ahlstedt, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Leif Hedlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Michael Ahlstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Börge Månsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Michael Ahlstedt made a huge save. Kungsängen's Michael Ahlstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leif Hedlund in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Krister Möllgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Kungsängen booed when Championer & Meloner was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Larsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute of the match Axel Lundgren shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emil Larsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Emil Larsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gösta Rudqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michael Ahlstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leif Hedlund in the 35th minute of play. If Sven Karlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Michael Ahlstedt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Börge Månsson in the 41st minute. When Kungsängen's Gösta Rudqvist in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Championer & Meloner's goalie prevented a goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Emil Larsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven Karlsson in the 53rd minute of the match. After 55 minutes of play, Championer & Meloner's Leif Hedlund made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Michael Ahlstedt was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sven Karlsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Larsson having to interfere. The supporters of Championer & Meloner booed when Kungsängen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Hamberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ingvar Alefors hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Gösta Rudqvist scored 1-1 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emil Larsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Robert Ekgren scored 2-1 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Michael Ahlstedt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 90th minute, Egon Wiberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kent Apelqvist's late challenge caught a Championer & Meloner's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kent Apelqvist helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Kungsängen getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Kent Apelqvist hit a great ball.
