The supporters of FC Skogge booed when Championer & Meloner was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leif Hedlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Matthias Pilgren came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the FC Skogge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matthias Pilgren couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Charles Allbom got free with Emil Larsson in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 22nd minute, Leif Hedlund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Championer & Meloner fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Emil Larsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anders Näver's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles Allbom in the 29th minute of play forced Championer & Meloner's goalkeeper Emil Larsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anders Näver recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute August Svanér shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Larsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Skogge's attack was well implemented in the 47th minute, but when Charles Allbom was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. The FC Skogge players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Championer & Meloner were winning 0-2.

In the 53rd minute, Arman Hägglund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emil Larsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. If Matthias Pilgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Anders Näver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Championer & Meloner getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Joakim Forssberg hit a great ball. Arman Hägglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Emil Larsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Joakim Forssberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. August Svanér struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Emil Larsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arman Hägglund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 84 minutes, Allan Håning managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Skogge's supporters crossed their fingers, but Allan Håning was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Robert Ekgren kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Charles Allbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Larsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patrick Löfkvist made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Börge Månsson sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute, August Svanér got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle went the supporters of Championer & Meloner were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant FC Skogge side.
