In the 4th match minute, Långbäcken was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens-Erik Björk to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute, Grebbestad FK's Ingemar Wiberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Oskar Harlén. Oskar Harlén yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After a rather tough play, Långbäcken's Esbjörn Adelsköld got a free kick in the 15th minute. Rikard Forsberg fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 19th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Esbjörn Adelsköld managed to get in a good position for a shot. Långbäcken's supporters rose to their feet, but Esbjörn Adelsköld was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rickard Bennet breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Grebbestad FK's Börge Broman suffered a sore thigh after 28 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Jens-Erik Björk fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Långbäcken's protests and gave Jens-Erik Björk a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Långbäcken getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Jens-Erik Björk hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, Långbäcken's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Åke Björklund came free, but Oskar Harlén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simon Wickander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oskar Harlén having to interfere. Oskar Harlén didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Simon Wickander went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Rikard Forsberg didn't quite understand what happened when in the 44 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Långbäcken's Esbjörn Adelsköld got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Esbjörn Adelsköld made a kick off. Simon Wickander blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oskar Harlén having to make a save. 53 minutes into the game, Anthon Nyström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Oskar Harlén was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anthon Nyström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Simon Wickander came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Grebbestad FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Simon Wickander couldn't finish the play. If Simon Wickander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rikard Forsberg in the 72nd minute of play forced Grebbestad FK's goalkeeper Rickard Bennet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Långbäcken's Rikard Forsberg got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Simon Wickander came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Grebbestad FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Simon Wickander couldn't finish the play. Grebbestad FK's Karl-Oskar Dahlbom got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Långbäcken's Esbjörn Adelsköld got a free kick in the 88th minute. Oskar Harlén showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Wickander, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Långbäcken's goalkeeper Oskar Harlén, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Oskar Harlén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Wickander in the 94th minute of the match. Långbäcken's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
