Spectators: 7240 (Terracing: 5503, Seating: 1687, VIP seats: 50) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Henry Alegren got the match started through his kick off. In the 7th minute, Nibbzter IF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Karl-Johan Näver fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Kjell Norberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Robert Söderqwist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Joeystyle's Kjell-Arne Nilsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joacim Brogren in the 14th minute of play. Joacim Brogren took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kjell-Arne Nilsson. Kjell-Arne Nilsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 23rd minute Joacim Brogren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kjell-Arne Nilsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kjell-Arne Nilsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joacim Brogren's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. A collision led to FC Joeystyle getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ragnar Arenius hit a great ball. After 30 played minutes, Nibbzter IF's Staffan Lingren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kjell-Arne Nilsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nibbzter IF reached it. When Karl-Johan Näver came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the FC Joeystyle fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Johan Näver couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Nibbzter IF's Staffan Lingren got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 36th minute, Börge Melin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joacim Brogren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Kjell-Arne Nilsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karl-Johan Näver was the one to do the kick off. Kjell-Arne Nilsson was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Henry Alegren capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Henry Alegren really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. A collision led to Nibbzter IF getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Henry Alegren hit a great ball. If Kjell Norberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kjell Norberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Söderqwist having to interfere. In the 67th minute Kjell Norberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Söderqwist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, FC Joeystyle's Kjell Norberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robert Söderqwist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. If Joacim Brogren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell Norberg in the 79th minute of play forced Nibbzter IF's goalkeeper Robert Söderqwist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, FC Joeystyle's goalkeeper Kjell-Arne Nilsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sven Bergsten. Henry Alegren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
