Braås's Tobias Rolandsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Braås from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Fristedt in the 7th minute of play forced Braås's goalkeeper Tobias Rolandsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the game, Eric Fristedt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tobias Rolandsson. Eric Fristedt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustav Berggren in the 12th minute of play forced Veggies VV's goalkeeper Johan Sigfridsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingemar Edström succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 21st playminute. After a defensive mix-up in Braås's zone, Adam Torstensson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tobias Rolandsson came out of the goal and Adam Torstensson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 33rd minute of the match, Eric Fristedt tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tobias Rolandsson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 42nd minute Eric Fristedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Rolandsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eric Fristedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ingemar Edström got free with Tobias Rolandsson in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Ingemar Edström made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Fristedt in the 59th minute of play forced Braås's goalkeeper Tobias Rolandsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johan Sigfridsson was a little too slow when Gustav Berggren got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 2-1. If Gustav Berggren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. John Nyqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johan Sigfridsson having to interfere. The supporters of Braås booed when Veggies VV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Torstensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 80 minutes, Gustav Berggren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Braås's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustav Berggren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tobias Rolandsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Fristedt in the 88th minute of the match. Veggies VV walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
