In the 46th minute Gustav Berggren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesper Söderqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torgny Berg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

After 53 played minutes Örsundsbro FF got a freekick which was hit by Rolf Hedlund. After 55 played minutes, Braås's Helge Siöman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jesper Söderqvist came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Braås reached it. With a little luck, Örsundsbro FF's Jesper Söderqvist got control of the ball when John Nyqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Örsundsbro FF's Torgny Berg got a free kick in the 69th minute. Tobias Rolandsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Grubb in the 84th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Rolf Hedlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Örsundsbro FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolf Hedlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tobias Rolandsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
