Wilhelm Ekblom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Sven Östman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eric Falkrans was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vallhamn's goalkeeper Eric Falkrans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Vallhamn booed when Jämjö was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arvid Igelström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ove Aleberg, 21 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 28 minutes of play, Jämjö's Wilhelm Ekblom made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eric Falkrans was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Sven Östman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jämjö's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven Östman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eric Falkrans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 41 minutes, Jonas Snäll mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jämjö and the Vallhamn players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 41 played minutes Jämjö got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Snäll. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calle Palmkvist in the 44th minute of play forced Jämjö's goalkeeper Melker Qvarnström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th match minute, Jämjö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mats Hylander to maneuver through the defense.

51 minutes into the match, Jämjö's goal looked a bit too open when Calle Palmkvist came free, but Melker Qvarnström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute, Wilhelm Ekblom ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eric Falkrans was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. A collision led to Vallhamn getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Greger Molander hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven Östman in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eric Falkrans prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jämjö's Melker Qvarnström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Jämjö from getting a goal against them. Jämjö's Sven Östman got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Viggo Forsberg charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Viggo Forsberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 74th minute, Viggo Forsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 77 minutes of play Vallhamn's Viggo Forsberg was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Vallhamn getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Viggo Forsberg hit a great ball. After 78 played minutes, Jämjö's Sixten Spets shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eric Falkrans came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jämjö reached it. 80 minutes into the match, Vallhamn's goal looked a bit too open when Sven Östman came free, but Eric Falkrans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Per-Arne Vibjörnsson charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Per-Arne Vibjörnsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th minute, Per-Arne Vibjörnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven Östman in the 90th minute of play forced Vallhamn's goalkeeper Eric Falkrans to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven Östman struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Eric Falkrans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jämjö. Eric Falkrans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven Östman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
