Spectators: 6678 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sebastian Sigman got the match started through his kick off. Konrad Kiempe's late challenge caught a Tråvad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Konrad Kiempe helped the player get up and apologised. In the 5th match minute, Månstad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konrad Kiempe to maneuver through the defense. Jörgen Lindberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yngve Haström in the 9th minute of play. Christian Ennegren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Jörgen Lindberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastian Sigman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ture Gulliksson having to interfere. With a little luck, Månstad's Ture Gulliksson got control of the ball when Torgny Sandell tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yngve Haström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ture Gulliksson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Sigman, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Yngve Haström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Månstad's supporters rose to their feet, but Yngve Haström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jörgen Lindberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd match minute, Tråvad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Magnus Hjortsberg to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Birger Sjödin during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Månstad booed when Tråvad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Birger Sjödin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tråvad's Jörgen Lindberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Ennegren in the 41st minute of play. Torgny Sandell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ture Gulliksson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christian Ennegren to strike the kick off in the second half. Yngve Haström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jörgen Lindberg having to interfere. Torgny Sandell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Månstad's goalkeeper Ture Gulliksson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58thth minute of the game Torgny Sandell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Månstad's Ture Gulliksson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christian Ennegren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ture Gulliksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Sigman in the 68th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Månstad's zone, Sebastian Sigman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ture Gulliksson came out of the goal and Sebastian Sigman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yngve Haström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Petter Dahlbom hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Torgny Sandell fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ture Gulliksson having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, Månstad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Isaksson to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute Sebastian Sigman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ture Gulliksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yngve Haström came free with the goalkeeper in the 93rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jörgen Lindberg could save by the left post. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
