Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Leo Sikström got the match started through his kick off. Henry Granberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 4thth minute, Martin Skager skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Stig-Åke Granqvist hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. The supporters of Sandared booed when Granö was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Runeberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Leo Sikström sped through Granö's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Martin Skager. In the 17th minute, Alexander Runeberg sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Sandared's Tommy Wiklund didn't even have to move. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Joar Sander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Granö's supporters rose to their feet, but Joar Sander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tommy Wiklund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 19 played minutes Sandared got a freekick which was hit by Jakob Lindmark. Paul Ahlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bertil Böcklund's late challenge caught a Granö's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sandared's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joar Sander was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Paul Ahlberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee ignored Sandared's protests and gave Henry Granberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st minute, Joar Sander reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tommy Wiklund. The goal made the score 1-3. Granö's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
