Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sebastian Wiklund made the kick off and thus started the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Oliver Busk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Göteborg Tigers's supporters rose to their feet, but Oliver Busk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernst Odman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rune Nässén recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Wiklund in the 10th minute of play forced Göteborg Tigers's goalkeeper Einar Skoog to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernst Odman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Busk in the 14th minute of play. After 15 played minutes Göteborg Tigers got a freekick which was hit by Dag Uter. Stellan Linqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the match, Norråker IF's goalkeeper Ernst Odman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stellan Linqvist. With a little luck, Norråker IF's Ernst Odman got control of the ball when Stellan Linqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oliver Busk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernst Odman having to interfere. Ernst Odman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Busk, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After having played for 26 minutes, Stellan Linqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Göteborg Tigers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stellan Linqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Andy Högström fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Norråker IF's protests and gave Andy Högström a yellow card for diving instead. Andy Högström hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute, one of Göteborg Tigers:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Göteborg Tigers. After some careless play in the Göteborg Tigers defense, Hans Beckström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Einar Skoog. The Göteborg Tigers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Einar Skoog should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stellan Linqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Stellan Linqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernst Odman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernst Odman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stellan Linqvist in the 54th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stellan Linqvist couldn't finish the play. Stellan Linqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Ernst Odman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernst Odman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stellan Linqvist went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Einar Skoog took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Wiklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rune Nässén's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Einar Skoog read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. When Stellan Linqvist came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Göteborg Tigers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stellan Linqvist couldn't finish the play. Einar Skoog showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Wiklund in the 96th minute of the match. Norråker IF's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
