The shot was stopped by Tobias Levander but with some difficulty. Garphyttan's Tobias Levander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Erik Säv in the 11th minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Garphyttan fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 19th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 20 minutes, Utö IFK's Per Forsman got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Tobias Levander. Garphyttan's Tobias Levander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Erik Säv in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Erik Säv in the 25th minute of play forced Garphyttan's goalkeeper Tobias Levander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 26 minutes, Ture Västerstrand mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garphyttan and the Utö IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29thth minute of the game Ivan Olsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Utö IFK's Robin Hansson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ivan Olsson struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Robin Hansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Garphyttan. Gunnar Borre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edvard Sellberg kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Christoffer Bock sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Utö IFK's Robin Hansson didn't even have to move. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Gunnar Borre made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Jens-Erik Säv managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Utö IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jens-Erik Säv was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th minute of the match, Ivan Olsson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Robin Hansson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Viggo Svensson charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Viggo Svensson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Viggo Svensson kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nils-Åke Gregersson during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 93 minutes into the match, Utö IFK's Fred Kellbom sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tobias Levander narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
