Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomas Rosen started the match with the kick off. Jim Browald kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Säve BF's Gösta Tinglöf got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gösta Tinglöf could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Frank Back made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Dala-Husby's Dan Enegren got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 12th match minute, Dala-Husby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Rosen to maneuver through the defense. Frank Back was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Edward Vacker capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edward Vacker really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. A hard shot 19 in the game by Gösta Tinglöf from a close distance when the talented Frank Back managed to make a qualified save. Dala-Husby's players were relieved. Gösta Tinglöf who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Frank Back when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Säve BF's attentive Richard Lindsten managed to snatch the ball when Ingvar Söderqwist made a throw-in in the 31st minute of the game. If Gösta Tinglöf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Säve BF fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Säve BF's Edward Vacker looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 45th minute, Säve BF's Edward Vacker ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Frank Back. Frank Back yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0.

Arne Abelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Edward Vacker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Dan Enegren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Svante Smitt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Rosen in the 63rd minute of the match. Gösta Tinglöf took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frank Back. Frank Back dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. With a little luck, Säve BF's Svante Smitt got control of the ball when Arne Abelsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edward Vacker took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frank Back. Frank Back dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. The referee gave Säve BF a penalty, 79 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Richard Lindsten, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Dala-Husby's Frank Back. 7-0. If Gösta Tinglöf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The attack was good, but when Edward Vacker in the 83rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Gösta Tinglöf struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Frank Back didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Säve BF. 88 minutes into the match, Gösta Tinglöf had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frank Back. Dala-Husby's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gösta Tinglöf was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. Per-Olof Andersson kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. If Gösta Tinglöf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Dan Enegren fell near the penalty area in the 99th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dala-Husby's protests and gave Dan Enegren a yellow card for diving instead.
